First and foremost, I found W's speech annoyingly effective. I could see how his speech might be the defining moment of this election season. Accompanied by the complete Bush-it that he always feeds the public, he included some strong strikes. Did anyone notice that Pataki sounded a bit like Will Ferrell doing legendary Cubs broadcaster Harry Karry?
