Whats wrong with these pictures?

Check out the differences with my blog when viewed with Netscape and Internet Explorer. I just changed my template's color schemes yesterday. The Netscape view is the view which I would like to have. I have become frustrated with changing the colors through the HTML code. If somebody could help me out.
